This version of dumbbell row is also done on an incline bench, but we place one knee on the seat and stand with the other foot on the floor, this is the guidelines to follow:

  • Hold on to the top of the back pad with your nonworking arm for support and lean forward about 60-80 degrees.

  • Lower the dumbbell until your arm is fully extended and your lat is stretched, then bring your arm straight up and your elbow behind you as far as possible.
