Yoga - Arm Rotation Pose

Muscle action : Warms up the shoulders and neck.

1) Stand with your feet wide apart and knees slightly bent.

2) Keeping your spine vertical, raise your arms until they're level with the floor.

3) Rotate your arms in large circles, 20 times forward, 20 times in revere.

4) Try to keep your torso from moving back and forth. (Hint: Cross the forearms as your arms come forward.)
