Simple Yoga Positions

  1. While standing, or sitting if you are tired, take a deep breath and at the same time raise your hands up just above your head. Then lower them together while breathing out.

  2. Lie on your stomach. Breathe gently in and out a few times. Then raise your head and shoulders up as far as comfortable, breathe in, and then, while breathing out, come back to original position.

  3. Sit on the floor with your knees slightly bent. Breathe in and raise your arms as in position 1. While breathing out, bend forward and touch your knees with your head and rest your arms on the floor.

This simple yoga positions should finished by the end of the breathing out cycle. Breathe in and go back to original sitting position. Repeat.
