Triceps Muscle Workout - Intermediate

Intermediate-level bodybuilders, having adapted to the beginner's program for triceps muscle workout, are going to have to level up both their tolerance and pain thresholds. For this reason, we suggest they increase their triceps muscle workout volume considerably. Continue with a basic movement such as the Lying EZ-Bar French Press, but add two sets to the movement to stimulate an adaptive response. A second triceps muscle exercise, such as the Basic Triceps Press Down, should also be included.
