One Arm Reverse Grip Cable Press Down

ONE ARM REVERSE GRIP CABLE PRESS DOWN

One arm reverse grip cable press down is a shaping movement that primarily targets the lateral head of the triceps muscle.

Using a single handle on the overhead pulley, take a reverse grip, stabilize your upper arm and extend your forearm downward until the entire arm is fully extended.

Hold this fully contracted position for a second and then let the handle return to the starting position when performing the one arm reverse grip cable press down exercise.
