Never Stretch Cold Muscles

Never Stretch Cold Muscles

Never Stretch Cold Muscles
Muscles must be thoroughly warmed up before you begin your bodybuilding stretching routine. Muscles act like rubber bands. If the rubber band is cold, it won't stretch very far before it breaks. Once it's warmed up, however, it will stretch farther and more efficiently.

If you only stretch your muscle at one time, the better time is during the end of your workout. Post-workout stretching minimizes spasms, promotes relaxation of the muscles ( and mind and nervous system ) and speeds recovery by alleviating or minimizing the stiffness and soreness as a result of bodybuilding workouts .
