Bodybuilding Stretching Exercise - Side
Bends
To stretch the obliques
and other muscles at the side of the torso
1) Stand upright, feet slightly more
than shoulder width apart, arms at sides.
2) Raise your right arm over your head
and bend slowly to the left, letting your left hand slide down your
thigh.
3) Bend as far as you can and hold Side
Bends stretching for about 30 seconds.
4) Return to starting position of Side
Bends stretching, then repeat to opposite side.
