Bodybuilding Stretching Exercise -
Quadriceps Stretches
To stretch the
front of the thighs muscles
1) Kneel on the floor.
2) Separate your feet enough so that
you can sit between them.
3) Put your hands on the floor behind
you and lean back as far as possible, feeling the stretch in the
quadriceps. (Those who are less flexible will only be able to lean back
a little; those who are very flexible will be able to lie back on the
floor.)
4) Hold the Quadriceps Stretches
position for 30 to 60 seconds, then relax.
