Bodybuilding Stretching Exercise -
Inner Thigh Stretches
To stretch the
inner thighs muscles
1) Sit on the floor and draw your feet
up toward you so that the soles are touching.
2) Take hold of your feet and pull them
as close to the groin as possible.
3) Relax your legs and drop your knees
toward the floor, stretching the inner thighs.
4) Press down on your knees with your
elbows to get a more complete inner thigh stretch.
5) Hold the Inner Thighs Stretching
exercise for 30 to 60 seconds, then relax.
