Bodybuilding Stretching Exercise -
Hamstring Stretches
To stretch the
hamstrings
and lower back muscles
1) Place one foot or ankle on a
support.
2) Keeping your other leg straight,
bend forward along the raised leg and take hold of it as far down as
possible - knee, calf, ankle, or foot.
3) Pull gently to get the maximum
stretch in the hamstrings.
4) Hold the Hamstring Stretches
exercise for about 30 seconds, relax, then repeat the movement using the
other leg.
