Seated Calf Raise

SEATED CALF RAISES - To develop the lower and outer areas of the calves muscles

1) Sit on the Seated Calf Raise machine and place your toes on the bottom crosspiece, hooking your knees under the crossbar.

2) Slowly lower your heels as far toward the ground as possible when performing the seated calf raise exercise.

3) Press back up on your toes until your calves muscles are fully contracted.

4) Try not to rock back and forth too much, but keep the muscles working with a steady, rhythmic motion.
