SAFETY SQUAT - The safety squat bar is, in our opinion, one of the safest methods of squatting because the shear on the knees and lower back is reduced and the hands are free from holding the bar.

Your hands can be used to help you through sticking points, which allows you to use heavier weights in the range of motion during the safety squat exercise when you are strongest in and gives you help when you are at your weakest .
