DUMBBELL SHRUG
With a narrow stance and body erect, grab a pair of moderately heavy
dumbbells when doing the dumbbell shrug exercise. Lift your shoulders directly up, trying to touch your ears,
squeeze hard for a second, and lower your shoulders under control.
If
you like to hold the dumbbells in front of your body, you may need to
lean forward slightly to maintain your center of gravity during your
dumbbell shrug.
