Decline Dumbbell Presses : To build the middle and lower chest muscles.
1) Take a
dumbbell in each hand and lie back on an decline bench.
2) Hold the
weights at shoulder height, palms facing forward.
3) Lift the
dumbbells simultaneously straight up overhead, then lower them slowly
back to the starting position on decline dumbbell presses.
