Incline Bench Dumbbell Row - Lying Facedown


A good variation on an already great movement. Follow these tips to perform Incline Bench Dumbbell   

     Row - Lying Facedown in order to achieve the best results:

  • Lie facedown on an incline bench elevated between 30 and 45 degrees.

  • With a dumbbell in each hand, bring your elbows straight behind you for a maximal, peak contraction.

  • Lower the weights until your arms are fully extended.

  • When you perform the incline bench dumbbell row (lying facedown) workout, go for that extra inch or so of stretch, but keep the shoulders stabilized.
