The used of amino acids (building blocks

acids cysteine, glutamic acid and glycine combine to form glutathione
which prevents age-related damage to the body.

years old are endowed with high concentrations of glutathione in their

blood.

damage. Scientists use glutathione measurements in the blood to help to
estimate the biological age of the individual.
Glutathione comes in tablet form, but
good natural sources include:

- watermelon
- asparagus
- broccoli
- carrots
- tomatoes
- fresh lean red meat
