They know whining and moaning only makes training more difficult. Have you ever thought: " Dieting is too hard. It isn't fair. I shouldn't have to struggle to get lean "? Replace such ideas with :" Dieting is a lot easier than having the flu. I can do it! " And " Sure, this is exhausting, but that's how I'll get tough cause when the going gets tough the tough gets going."
