  • Be active during the day, as it helps you sleep at night

  • Avoid coffee or tea before bedtime

  • Don't go to bed either hungry or full

  • Have a warm milky drink in the evening

  • Rise at the same time every day

  • Consider changing your mattress or pillow

  • Don't go to bed just to snack, sip tea, sit and talk or spend time watching television. There are only three reasons why you should be in bed: sleep, sex or sickness
