Find out the kind of healthy snacks where we can snack on and without worrying about gaining the extra body weight :

- Low Fat Yogurt

These reasonably priced, tasty, flavorful yogurt snack packs make excellent before or after meal snacks. If you take more than one packet then try to consume the natural flavored one instead.

- Dates, Nuts, Raisins and Prunes

Small handfuls of each will positively impact your health but it is critical not to get carried away and consume more than that because dates and nuts are naturally fattening and prunes are laxative.

- Celery Sticks and Topping

Carrying along a small Tupperware with some celery sticks washed and pre-cut together with a little bit of thousand island or some other salad topping for taste. These fill you up, are great for health and of course is not at all fattening as long you go easy on the topping.

- Digestives Lites

These biscuits are great for filling you up and with each one only containing about 21 calories, it's a dieter's dream snack. The perfect accompaniment to a cup of coffee or tea. Other plain biscuits are also good selections, just avoid anything with toppings or coatings.

- Fresh Fruit

Peeling oranges, grapes, strawberries, apples are wonderful to snack upon they are a good source of fiber and vitamins among other things. With no artificial ingredients in these they are naturally non-fattening.
