Bodybuilding Posing - Front Lat Spread

How to do Front Lat Spread pose

1) Pose your legs as in the front double biceps.

2) Put your hands on your hips, grabbing your obliques, bring your elbows forward and flare your lats, keeping your chest high.

3) Many bodybuilders forget how important the chest muscles are in a front lat spread pose.

4) As you spread your lats, lift the chest high and bring the shoulders forward to accentuate the pectorals.

When you did a front lat spread, pressed in at the waist to make it look smaller and flared out your lats to get as much of a V-shape as possible.
