At the end of
the bodybuilding competition (round four), the bodybuilders who are in the lead
(usually the top six) give the judges a final look at themselves in a
bodybuilding posedown round, where they free-pose together onstage,
hitting comparison shots, sometimes elbowing each other out of the way,
trying to earn one extra point from each of the judges.
You don't
really have the opportunity to go through your own bodybuilding posing
routine during the free posedown in round four, but you should try to do
your best bodybuilding poses and avoid close comparison with other
competitors who may be better in certain body parts.
